3.    Drafting and provision of Employee Handbooks tailored to your Company’s specific requirements.  These will be maintained and updated to take account of any changes in legislation or to meet the Company’s changing requirements

4.    Briefing and training provided to management in relevant areas, e.g.

    handling of disciplinary procedures
    dealing with redundancies

5.   Supply of a Human Resource Management and Employment Law Compliance Manual designed to provide you with a guide to employment procedures under UK law. This can be used as a day-to-day reference tool, as it provides an overview of all of the main areas of Human Resource and Personnel Management. Included within the manual are templates of an extensive range of model letters and documents for use in personnel management, which can be amended to suit your individual requirements.  All of these template letters and documents are included in a disc format to facilitate reproduction.

6.    The manual will be updated regularly to reflect changes in Employment Law and Practice.

7.    Documentation Vetting Service to assist in the drafting and wording of letters of warning, dismissal etc.

8.    Provision of bi-monthly updates on topical issues in the areas of Human resource and Employment Law Compliance.

9.    Indemnity to cover the costs of defending an employment tribunal.  The cover can include the cost of awards.

10.    Provision of full written confirmation on any advice given on any Disciplinary / Grievance / Dismissal / Redundancy issues.
