All of these template letters and documents are included in a disc format to facilitate reproduction.
6. The manual will be updated regularly to reflect changes in Employment Law and Practice.
7. Documentation Vetting Service to assist in the drafting and wording of letters of warning, dismissal etc.
8. Provision of bi-monthly updates on topical issues in the areas of Human resource and Employment Law Compliance.
9. Indemnity to cover the costs of defending an employment tribunal. The cover can include the cost of awards.
10. Provision of full written confirmation on any advice given on any Disciplinary / Grievance / Dismissal / Redundancy issues.
