Serial Litigator Found Out

Something slightly lighter hearted for this time of the year.

A woman has been branded a serial litigator after she brought age discrimination claims against 22 different firms.  The 50 year old applied for jobs advertised as “recently qualified chartered accountant” but then alleged age discrimination when she didn’t get the jobs.

This was apparently despite the fact that she failed to put her date of birth on her CV!

Some companies made out of court settlements with this woman but now a number of others are seeking legal costs against her for abuse of process.
