ICE Regulations

The scope of the Information and Consultation of Employees (ICE) Regulations 2004 has been extended so that employees in organisations with 100 or more employees will have the right to be informed and consulted on a regular basis about issues in their organisations. 

It should be noted that the regulations previously only applied to organisations with more than 150 employees; however, they will be amended again in April 2008 to apply to organisations which employed more than 50 employees.
