Compensation Limit Increases announced

“The annual increases in compensation limits have been announced. With effect from 1 February 2009, the maximum limit of a week’s pay has increased from £330 to £350. The maximum compensatory limit will increase from £63000 to £66200. The maximum redundancy payment will be increased to £10500 (30x£350)
